Overview

Our Facilities Management contract with Champion X includes:

Front-of House Services
Reception Cover
Handyman Services
Selection and Management of Specialist Contractors to carry out the site planned and reactive maintenance and the provision of building services.

Operational personnel is provided via the provision of a full-time Facilities Coordinator and part time Handyman and Receptionists, as well as access to specialist facilities expertise on an ad-hoc basis.
