We operate our own dedicated 24/7 Helpdesk to manage and track all operational FM activity. Our Computer Aided FM (CAFM) system Pirana generates data, statistics, and reports so we can monitor, record, and report all maintenance and associated activity. This helps ensure compliance and allows us to track and monitor all PPM and R&M activities to stay on target.

The Helpdesk is a centralised hub to manage your operational FM. Managed and supported by our experienced team, you will always receive a friendly response from our Helpdesk advisors. We’re here to support you and ensure we meet the needs of our clients each and every time.
