Bauer Media

Bauer UK’s vision was to bring together the Audio and Publishing sides of their business into one new London headquarters that is centrally located with excellent transportation links.

East Renfrewshire Council

Our Design & Build team worked with ERC to upgrade their existing building to provide a flexible office community with improved staff, social and wellbeing spaces.

3-5 Albyn Place

With over 2,000 sqm of lettable space sitting vacant, 3-5 Albyn Place was a well of untapped prime office accommodation.

Scottish Government

SPACE FM provided specialist guidance to the Scottish Government for the tender of their facilities management contract and post-award contract management support.

RZSS Mansion Bar

Primarily used as an event space, the Mansion Bar needed a refresh to improve the look and feel as well as updating the furniture layout to make it more adaptable to changing event requirements.

RZSS Grasslands Café

As a year-round event space and destination for zoo visitors to refresh and relax, the Grasslands Cafe needed an update to make it fit for purpose and appeal to a wider range of users.

Handelsbanken

Looking to improve their space for customer-facing services, Swedish bank Handelsbanken moved to the ground floor of 1-3 Albyn Place.

Analog Devices

SPACE completed this CAT B fit-out for global tech giant Analog Devices covering 28,000 square feet of space across three floors of their new premises in Edinburgh.
