Stena Drilling Ullevi House

Employed on a Design & Build basis, SPACE developed this striking design to refurbish and extend the existing second floor over the top of an existing 2 storey office building. Supported on a random geometry exo-skeleton, the extension was developed to stand-apart from the existing 1980’s office whilst retaining the aesthetic of other new developments across the campus. Internally the brief was to create a high quality, bright and open environment to encourage communication and transparency between the senior management staff.

The project required careful planning and execution as the ground floor remained occupied throughout the project whilst the roof was removed from the first floor. SPACE delivered a successful, high quality design and construction standard within a demanding program.
