Overview
Siccar Point Energy moved to the newly refurbished “H1” on Hill of Rubislaw in Aberdeen.
Siccar Point wanted to create a stylish commercial office interior design solution that represented their brand values, with an open plan team layout which encouraged collaboration and teamworking.
It was important to define the team and client spaces to maintain confidentiality, with the client meeting spaces positioned from the reception and waiting area.
Approach
The open plan team work space included a breakout area and collaborative open meeting zone (with AV), all finished with soft furnishings and space for confidential working areas with sliding glazed acoustic doors.
The history of Siccar Point was an important element of the design and incorporated through wall graphics and glazing manifestations.
The flooring and partition finishes were selected to emphasise the different zones in the space, creating a vivid colour scheme around the breakout, copy print and meeting spaces.
