Overview
Property owner, Knight Group were looking to refresh the communal areas – entrance, corridors and stairwell within an existing commercial property in the highly desired George Street, Edinburgh.
The building hosts 3 upper floors, each leased by a different tenant and the new design is well-considered, neutral to a degree to respect and not to over-power the branding of those using the space.
Our Approach
This was achieved through a monochromatic palette of colour with rich textures and giving a sophisticated contemporary feel to the space.
SPACE were also conscious to create a balanced interior that was both modern in feel yet respected the traditional nature of the building and its surrounding environment.
