Overview

Cairn Housing Association (CHA) were looking to downsize from their office at Citypoint and move to smaller, more cost-effective premises at Bellevue House, Hopetoun Street.

In turn, this presented the business with an opportunity to review their current work strategies and move towards a more agile, collaborative approach to working.

Our Approach

The SPACE design was influenced and inspired by the company’s strong visual brand identity.

The bright, open office plan space has guided the design to locate the majority of desks around the perimeter, allowing the main working area to benefit from natural daylight.

The introduction of flexible working and meeting space has allowed for greater collaboration.

Due to the innovative use of colour, materials and different styles of furniture we were able to create a unique and inviting workspace.

This resulted in the development of a fresh, creative environment that more accurately reflected the organisations strong brand ethos.

In addition, it is a more people-centric office that provides a better range of work-settings for a modern organisation.
