Strategic Facilities Review


Our SFR service is a diagnostic toolkit and consultation which assesses and analyses existing Facilities Management services. We appraise services in terms of value for money, quality of service and undertake a full review of all areas of compliance. Areas of spend are bench-marked against industry standards and our expert consultants provide insight and advice throughout the process.

The outcome of a SFR engagement is a report with a series of recommendations for improvement. These recommendations will include quantified opportunities for cost savings, qualitative areas for service improvement or adjustment, and a programme of any required initiatives to ensure full compliance with all legal requirements in relation to the facilities.

We work closely with our customers to gain an understanding of their workplace requirements before making our recommendations and implementing any changes necessary.
