We have an exciting opportunity for a CAFM Project Manager in Livingston

CAFM Project Manager

Salary: £38-40,000

Location: ​Livingston

This role has been designed to support the operational teams with the delivery of a CAFM. The role will include the remobilisation of the current system, ensuring that all functionality is realised in a timely and cost-effective manner.

This role can be based in Livingston with travel to Aberdeen or Aberdeen

Responsibility for rolling out new reporting, KPI and financial data is a key element of this role. Initially we have scoped this project to 6 months but there is an opportunity for this to extend into a permanent position. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge/experience on implementing CAFM systems
  • Fully engage with the teams and clients to fully understand the critical needs required from the CAFM
  • Lead the product development of an already purchased system
  • Develop a robust reporting suite of documents, reporting tools and financial management modules
  • Recommend next steps for the further development of the system
  • Understanding of full product lifecycle
  • Educate, inform and train the wider user groups to get the best from the system

Requirements

  • Ability to motivate other in the development of the CAFM
  • Clear understanding of facilities management
  • Proven communication and influencing skills with the ability to gain acceptance at all levels of management and external suppliers
  • Analytical ability
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Demonstrable experience in a customer facing or customer service role with a strong customer service background at senior client level
  • Problem solving skills
  • Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative and the ability to make decisions without referral to line manager
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Attention to detail, standards focussed and methodical & organised
